By donating $20,000 to ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development, Enersource is supporting programs for children with disabilities and special needs that include interactive instruction in theatre, dance, music and visual arts. The donation was presented at this year’s annual drama production, The Hopeful Hearts performed by the ErinoakKids Theatre Arts group and ErinoakKids Players.
The Hopeful Hearts is a lively DramaWay stage production about overcoming obstacles with a positive spirit, and the value of true friendship. The production is one of many activities within ErinoakKids’ arts and participation programs. These programs are designed to reinforce safety concepts, develop social skills, improve communication and increase self-esteem for children and youth with differing abilities.
