Saturday Day Respite

This is a day-long respite held on Saturdays for children who present with significant behaviour challenges.
 
Age: 6 to 18 years of age
 
Open to: clients living in Peel or Halton region with challenging behaviour needs, autism, and other developmental disabilities that make it difficult to access community based programs. 
 
Ratio: Generally 1:1
 
Availability: There is a wait list of about 6-10 months.
 
Location: South Millway or Torbram sites
 
Referral: This program is by referral only. Clients must be referred by either an ErinoakKids clinician or one of our Community program partners.

Referral Form: Community partners are required to complete the referral form and accompanying questionnaire and fax it to ErinoakKids Intake Services 905-855-9451.
