ErinoakKids Connect is a secure health care information portal for ErinoakKids clients and their families. Using this portal, you can access your child’s health records, appointment details and notes from clinical visits. Two-way messaging allows you to communicate securely with your child’s clinicians, and you can update your address, phone number, and more! This easy-to-use portal is available 24/7 from your computer, phone or tablet. You can also download the mobile app for your convenience – visit the Apple App store or Google Play store and search Meditech MHealth.
