Service Navigation

Service Navigation is a goal-oriented service that is available to ErinoakKids families:

  • whose children require multiple services at ErinoakKids
  • whose needs can be considered complex, and
  • who could potentially remain with ErinoakKids past the age of 6 years

Families can expect support with access to the following:

  • funding
  • respite services
  • additional ErinoakKids services
  • community supports

Referrals:

Children/youth must be current clients of Erinoakkids to be eligible for this service. Eligibility for a referral to Service Navigation varies by service/service stream. Please speak to your clinician for more information.
