Service Navigation

Service Navigation is a goal-oriented service that is available to ErinoakKids families:

whose children require multiple services at ErinoakKids
whose needs can be considered complex, and
who could potentially remain with ErinoakKids past the age of 6 years

Families can expect support with access to the following:

funding
respite services
additional ErinoakKids services
community supports

Referrals:

Please speak with your primary therapist for a referral to Service Navigation.
A child/youth must be receiving at least one service through ErinoakKids in order to access this program.
