ErinoakKids Respite Centre

ErinoakKids Brampton is home to our26-bed Respite Centre, the largest and most specialized respite centre in the province of Ontario.

This purpose-built facility, opened in 2018, includes two wings, the Brannon Family Aspen Lodge and the Birch Lodge, which can be operated as two self-contained units. Fully accessible common spaces, bedrooms, washrooms, and bathtub rooms are equipped with lifts and other amenities to make your child/youth’s stay as comfortable as possible.

The Centre is also a place of fun! Between the fully accessible pool, dedicated outdoor play area, Snoezelen Room, and activities such as music and arts and crafts, there is no shortage of things to do!

Caring and qualified nurses and respite service facilitators provide round the clock care for the children/youth/young adults staying at the respite centre, ensuring that everyone’s medical, physical and social needs are met, and that everyone has a good time.

We hear from many of our families that their children/youth can’t wait to come back and visit us again!
