Renting Our Spaces

Are you an organization that serves children and youth, seeking space for your programs?

ErinoakKids’ purpose-built spaces in Mississauga, Brampton and Oakville provide an excellent opportunity for community organizations and groups to partner with us in delivering programs and services that complement those we offer.

Who is eligible to apply to rent our spaces?

The requesting organization must:

Serve children 18 and under, and/or youth 19 to 21 still in school.
Share the ErinoakKids values of collaboration, inclusion, integrity and excellence, and demonstrate that they can meaningfully support children with special needs
Provide an evidence-based program or service that augments, but does not duplicate an existing or planned ErinoakKids program or service.
Include designated spaces for ErinoakKids clients to register for their programs.

Extra consideration will be given to organizations with a history of working with ErinoakKids.

Complete and submit this form as a first step. We'll be in touch to schedule a conversation and a site visit with a representative from ErinoakKids. Space is available on a first come, first-served basis for a nominal fee.

Renters will be required to sign and abide by an Agreement outlining the terms of the arrangement.

Renters will bring all staff, supplies and resources required for their program. ErinoakKids staff and volunteers will not be assigned, and supplies will not be provided. Supplies will not be stored by ErinoakKids.
