Culture at ErinoakKids

At ErinoakKids we strive to foster a supportive and positive culture. Our ErinoakKids Culture Committee (ECC) ensure that staff have the opportunity to safely contribute and share their opinions, ideas and talents towards the success of ErinoakKids.

Our committee members represent a broad representation of individuals from across the organization. Through our shared efforts, we work to identify broad-based issues impacting the workplace culture, find resolutions and seek opportunities to strengthen the culture and encourage a sense of belonging and connectedness to the mission, vision and values of ErinoakKids.

They provide support, advice and recommendations with the goal of bringing our desired culture and values to life, respecting and fostering engagement and supporting the development and sustainability of a high-performance and client-serving organization.
