Virtual Care Services Offered to Children in Ontario

In partnership with Empowered Kids Ontario, researchers at the Offord Centre for Child Studies at McMaster University are completing an evaluation of virtual care services offered to children across Ontario. 

This study is open to parent/caregivers  and service providers of children (under 18 years of age) who have received virtual care in Ontario. 

Participation in this research involves the completion of an online questionnaire that will be emailed to you directly. You will receive a $20 gift card in appreciation of your time.
