Summer Therapeutic Programs Registration 2025

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 ErinoakKids Summer Therapy Programs! We are looking forward to working with you this summer.

Please take a few moments to read the details below before completing the online registration form.

Eligibility

Only  current, active ErinoakKids clients who meet the participant criteria are eligible to participate in summer programs.

Program Requirements

Prior to registering, please discuss programs with your clinician and only register for programs where all participant requirements are met. Detailed summer program descriptions and participant requirements can be found here. Your clinician will provide the registration password required and can answer any questions about the programs and their requirements.

Program Support

ErinoakKids provides trained staff to run the summer programs. If one-to-one assistance is required to participate, please indicate this on the registration form. In order to ensure safety and success in the program, you may be asked to provide a support person.

Online registration

Please complete the online registration form one time only. Once submitted, look for the “Thank you for your submission” message on the webpage. This confirms your registration has been received. Enrollment is limited. If you are interested and meet the participant criteria for more than one program, please indicate your choices in order of preference.

Program confirmation

Participants will receive confirmation of their requests in May 2025.

Since these are therapeutic programs, please be sure that the participant meets all of the indicated requirements for that activity before registering. Enrolment is limited. You may also be asked to provide a support person. Please select your first choice program. If interested and eligible for more than one program, indicate your second and third choice.
