Summer Therapeutic Programs Registration 2024

Thank you for your interest in the 2024 ErinoakKids Summer Therapy Programs! We are looking forward to working with your child this summer.

Eligibility

Only current, active ErinoakKids clients who are receiving our services are eligible to participate in summer programs.

Program Requirements

Please only register for programs where your child meets all of the participant requirements. You can read detailed descriptions and requirements for all summer programs here. For safety or medical reasons some clients may not be eligible for certain programs. If you have further questions about your child’s eligibility, please contact your child’s therapist.

Program Support

ErinoakKids provides trained staff to run our summer activities. If your child requires one-to-one assistance to participate, and will be attending with a support worker, please indicate this on the form. We are unable to provide additional staff to provide one-to-one support.

Online registration

Please complete the online registration form one time only. Enrollment is limited. If possible, we recommend you indicate a first and second choice program when you register.

Program confirmation

Families will receive confirmation of their requests in May 2024.
