        Changes to Coordinated Service Planning Model for Peel Region

        In 2017, ErinoakKids became lead agency for Peel Coordinated Service Planning (CSP), and began providing intensive service coordination to families whose children/youth have multiple and/or complex needs requiring numerous specialized services. CSP was designed to provide short-term supports in response to a family’s urgent need for system wide planning with multiple service providers. Once supports were provided and family goals met, ErinoakKids worked with community partners to transition families back to their initial, referring agency for ongoing service.

Using this portal, you can access your child’s health records, appointment details and notes from clinical visits. These services are now in place and are available to children and youth who are registered with the Ontario Autism Program and reside in the Regions of Peel, Halton or Dufferin County.

        The Province of Ontario is removing the requirement for the mandatory use of masks in many settings as of March 21, with the exception of settings such as public transit, health care settings, long-term care homes and places of congregate care.
As a health care facility, the wearing of masks will continue to be required (mandatory) when attending any ErinoakKids site.
