2025/2026 Annual Report

Architecture of Ability

A message from President & CEO, Chris Hartley

To Our Clients, Families, Partners and Friends:

It is my distinct privilege to welcome you to our 2025/2026 Annual Report, a reflection of our journey over the last twelve months through the lens of our theme: Architecture of Ability.

Architecture can be more than blueprints and physical foundations. At ErinoakKids, it is the intentional, thoughtful process of building spaces, both physical and social, entirely around the unique lives, strengths and aspirations of the clients we serve. The Architecture of Ability is about ensuring that every structure, program and space we create is shaped to support growth, dignity and true belonging.

This philosophy came to life this year with the design and construction of Erin’s, our new in-site cafes. When they open in the fall of 2026, these cafes will be more than just places to enjoy a cup of coffee - they will be a space for former clients and members of our community to find meaningful opportunities for employment and connection. This report includes the story of Trinity-Keyanna, one of the first members of our new Erin’s team.

Within these pages, you will also find the operational numbers and financial metrics that track the growth of our programs and services this year. Through our client engagement survey, we continue to focus on listening, using the feedback from our clients and families to reshape, expand and improve programming. We are building, always, towards our vision and the mission of ErinoakKids. Every piece of data represents a milestone achieved, and every story represents achieving potential.

None of this would be possible without the dedication, caring and expertise of our staff, the generosity of our donors and the deep trust placed in us by the families we serve. We never take any of it for granted.

Thank you for all of the support. Together, we are constructing a world where ability knows no boundaries.
